leadership and supervision to the flotilla. The FC is responsible
to assure that the overall Flotilla program conforms to the Coast
Guard and Auxiliary Policies and procedures, as well as provide the
communications link with Division elected officers. Personnel Services (FSO-PS): Mary Ina Bourdon: 410-384-7753, email: celebratedmi@pocketmail.com Supervision over all matters pertaining to the flotilla's member resources program, and keep flotilla members informed of all developments in the program. Relays important information to officers and the Flotilla general membership. Editor of the flotilla eNewsletter. Marine Safety & Environmental Protection (FSO-MS): Vince Cerverizzo: 443-807-8952, email: vcerverizzo@yahoo.com Supervision over all matters pertaining to the flotilla's role in the Auxiliary Marine Safety and Environmental Protection activity, and keep the Flotilla Commander and members informed of all developments in this area. Finance (FSO-FN): Ray Rembe: 410-944-9240, email: rrembe-cbh@worldnet.att.net Supervises all financial matters; maintains records of all financial transactions; develops and maintains an annual budget; ensures that an annual unit audit is performed. Information Systems (FSO-IS): : Cindy Sadler: 410-, email: cindylsadler@yahoo.com Maintains a system to record all member activity in each mission category (i.e., operations, public education, member training, AIM) and supervises reporting to higher Auxiliary levels and individual members. Materials (FSO-MA): Rheba Fearn: 410-544-2149, email: rebaefern@aol.com Maintains an inventory of current Auxiliary forms & literature. Assists members in ordering educational materials and uniform items. Member Training (FSO-MT) : William Burgess: 410-647-1868, email: jbwb19@verizon.net Encourages a continuous program of training activities to improve members' knowledge in subjects relating to Auxiliary functions. Ensures that such activities are performed according to Coast Guard policy. Vessel Examination (FSO-VE): Ed Wojcicki: 410-287-8031, email: vetteski70@verizon.net Oversees and coordinates the Vessel Safety Check program and the Marine Dealer Visitor program to help educate the boating public about required safety equipment. Schedules specific vessel examination stations and activities as needed.
