Flotilla 22-10, Mill Creek, Maryland - Division 22 - 5th District Southern Region

37 Years Strong!

Flotilla 22-10 was originally authorized as Mill Creek within Division 01 as Flotilla 03, Maryland on 29 May 1974. As part of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Restructuring in 2008, Flotilla 01-03 was retired as a Flotilla number only and was given a new designation within the combined Divisions of 01 and 13 now known as Division 22.

Every year since, our Members have been very active and dedicated to the basic cornerstones of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary: Operations, Vessel Examinations and Public Education.

The first meeting took place on 29 May in a member's house in Severna Park and was represented by seventeen members including the first Flotilla Commander and Vice Commander.

Since then, the Flotilla has prospered and grown and currently supports Two Operational Facilities, Seven Radio Facilities, Seven Instructors, Four Boat Coxswains, Two Boat Crew, One PWC Operator, Two Qualification Examiners, Two Finger Print Technicians, Four Recreational Boating Safety Visitors, and Twelve Vessel Examiners and One Watch Stander. Members are also active in other various types of U.S. Coast Guard support activities.

Regular meeting Place: Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church, 611 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Severna Park, MD 21146
